I have a degree in Baking and Pastry and have worked in the food industry for many years. I love recreating historic recipes and that is how Frink's Historic Investigations was born.
My ultimate goal is to create full flavored beautiful food from historic recipes.
I also will be exploring textiles and crafts for each time period to recreate the whole experience.
